Professional and biographical information about Dr. Walker

Dr. Walker completed her medical training through the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine.  Dr. Walker is a board certified Diplomate in Medical Oncology, and has been board certified in Hematology and Internal Medicine.  Dr. Walker has been in private practice in the Santa Ynez and Lompoc valleys since 2000.  Her research has been published in several journals and books on cancer treatment and research.  Dr. Walker has been a featured speaker at international symposia.  She is affiliated with Lompoc Valley Medical Center and Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital.

        Dr. Walker grew up in West Los Angeles and attended school in the Beverly Hills School District where her parents both taught.   She attended West LA College and is a graduate of UCLA.  She has traveled extensively in Europe, and speaks Italian.  Dr. Walker is a certified diver and enjoys exploration.  She resides in the Santa Ynez valley with her son.
